For some reason, the wallpapers don't show unless they have the red, "stop" icon activated instead of the green one. I'm posting this because if it's not just me, I'm sure other people find this very confusing! Try using a .png file for the watermark or text. Categories won't show unless there are wallpapers in those categories.
