   The book is called:
   "The AdSense Code: What Google Never Told You About Making Money with AdSense"

   It's written in a very simple language and helped me to raise my AdSense %CTR and the earning per click.

   i'll start it first :)

   usually if you'll cancell "Interest-based ads" in you google AdSense menu (under My Account tab) your AdSense CTR% will rise in 30%-40%.

   Check it.
   please share your tought and we will all make much more adsense profit from our wallpaper websites.
