   when i want to install this script this error shown

   Replace this file:
   _comments.php

   or contact them...

   well.. If you are using a free pack.. then don't expect any support from them. You need to fix it by your own or by asking in this forum..

   let us know if you are still having any issues .. and you need to provide your website url also for faster solution..
