Change URL of Wallpaper

    How can I either disable a specific wallpaper or change the URL of a wallpaper? I don't want to delete the actual wallpaper, but just make it unavailable for the public to see. Otherwise, I would have to change the URL of the image but I can't figure out how to do that either.

    I actually see how you can disable the image, but the user can still access the image by going directly to the URL of the image.
