   in the windows 2003 iis can use the rewrite

   did hava support the rewrite code?

   It won't work...don't use windows...1st confirm that your hosting have zend optimizer on windows platform...I suggest godaddy, and with linux hosting

   ya he is right
   your hosting must have Zend Optimizer with linux hosting
   and Godaddy didn't have zend optimizer installed so i suggest Bluehost
