I launched http://emowallpapers.net a while ago. My intention is to build it to the biggest EMO wallpaper site around, I hope I get somewhere with it.

Can you look in contact.inc.php at first line and change it to
if ($_REQUEST["send"]!="")
Now I think it is if ($_REQUEST["save"]!="")
and than its work. The same problem was on my site, http://www.wallpapers.rs
