  1. I have registered for wallpaper script, I got a mail to download script after payment confirmation. It has 2 links to download the script.
the second link says "If you have PHP 5.3 use the following download link:".
Can someone explain what is the difference between two links. How different the two scripts are.
Is there a difference in coding. Which will be easier to edit. I am not a coder. I am from Mechanical background.

  2. I think theres no big difference between between those two links. Specially when it comes to editing the theme (template). First check with your web-host and see whats the php version on your server. then download the version which compatible with that.

  4. I suggest you to download the script for php 5.3,(second link) since you have php 5.3 on your server.

BTW what do you meant by modifying the script? If you mean the visual modifications like animations, colors, backgrounds etc.. those have to be done using javascript, jquery, css etc.. nothing to do with php, unless you want to add your own functions to the script or modify the existing functions and modify how they work.

Good luck with your website :)
