  2. 1.Files can be transferred using net2ftp installed on your own hosting, but for big sites we need to choose move files or folder options repetitively till all files are transferred.
If u need personal help, leave a mail to me, i wont charge you for this buddy ;-)

2.SQL Database can be transferred through a tool which i m not able to recall name, but i ll tell once i m able to recall... but its possible.. and can be done...

  3. For the database you should be able to export from PHPAdmin in compressed file and than import using the PhPAdmin on the other side. There maybe a limit to 20mb in some. You can always export half of it an than the other half. You should have the options to choose the tables. You can export individually also. Hope That Helps

Zeero6 do you know if I need to choose special options in the exporting panel and what encoding type should I choose?

Nikhil, what do you mean by repetitively?

    Thanks

  5. No special options. Just save as file and give it a name. Than should give you the option to save somewhere on your PC

  6. hey zeero6,

thanks alot for the help. I realy appreciate it.
I managed to export the file and save it on my computer but when i'm trying to import it on the new hosting it wont do it.
something with the user name or database name.

in the new hosting the have a new name for the db.
I mean the begining of the db name is already set by the host (according to my user name in that host) and i cant change it and it different from the former host db name.

is this the reason it wont work? if so how can i fix it?

    thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks

  9. to import to a new database it must be empty sometimes, otherwise some tables will conflict. Hard to help since sometimes it requires a visual meaning doing it ourselves
