Hi there, once again!
I've encountered a very irratating problem with my main categories. Maybe I'm missing out on something here???
I created a main category called animals. I uploaded all the files into that category. After that the counter says for example 21 pics in this category - so far so good. As soon as I sort all of the pictures into sub-categories, two things happen:
1. The counter for the main category is reduced by the number of pictures moved into a sub-category. (I hope this isn't normal. For I see this otherwise on other sites using this script.)
2. When all of the pictures are put into sub-categories my main category disappears from the sidebar. The pics are still useable, but only via "latest images" or so. (This CAN'T be normal).

Edit: I think I found the problem. In the "manage categories"-area I had to hit "recalculate total wallpapers per category" at the bottom of the page. After that, both problems were resolved.
If I do not reply to this thread again, consider this to be the correct solution to the problem.
