   Installed script.

   Demo page is default on /index

   I go to login with admin and the password it provided

   page not found.

   infact. No page can be found.

   All the files upload with 777. I am getting errors in my log about things being writable by group. So I have to change them to 755. Do I need to change my server settings to allow 777?

   I had a problem like this try reinstalling your .htaccess file.

   Hi Bvan,

   I think you haven't uploaded the .htaccess file and that's why you get page not found errors. Thank you kuag

   About the second problem you should allow 777 because if the php/apache is running under another user it wont be able to write anything to those folders if rights are 755.
