Manage translations-non latin

  1. I discover that, even I have translated some fields, they dont show up. (e.g Footer-->Powered by).
    Or the header links.

    Others do.

    Also, when I try to manually edit the lang file, I see that non-latin characters are not correctly saved.
    It's supposed to be utf.

    Anyone else having the same prob?

    I'd prefer a straight forward lang file to edit with an editor, and just upload it, than the current system. (a lot of md5 keys)

  2. Hi!

    For powered by you can edit footer.tpl from templates directory of your theme.

    Maybe you prefer some language file to edit manually but this is not the best solution. System we used permits more flexibility and almost zero knowledge to be able to add/edit any translation in your script.

  4. In admin panel there is Manage languages link. Take a look there please.

    Hi, I am a new user and I am trying to translate your script to Czech language. In our language are some non-latin characters which are not correctly saved in cz.php language file.

    All of them are converted to "?"

    Any idea how to fix it? thanks
