   As I understand it, SIFR enables the fonts of their choice regardless of the browser:)!
   But how to change fonts?

   you need to replace the file sifr/sifr.swf with one created by you with the font you want. Look at http://www.mikeindustries.com/blog/sifr/ for instructions of how you can create it.
