   Hi,

   I am going to shutdown this website, so planning to sell this template to someone..

   It's a simple template.. no javascript..so well optimized for SEO.

   My website was having PR3 and google blocked all co.cc domain, after that my PR has been changed to 1. So, due to this domain issue.. I am going to close this website.

   I had not designed this template to sell..So, If anyone need it please contact me.. we will discuss further..
