Unable to Display/Edit Sub Categories in Admin Panel

Hi,

Im unable to view/edit/delete Sub Categories in the Admin area... When i click Manage Categories, then only Parent Categories are displayed and there is no way to get the Sub Categories... I've viewed the Admin Demo, there Im able to view/edit/delete Sub Categories but not in my script...

Im able to get the sub categories in User/Guest area but not in Admin panel to modify it... Please help me out...
